Denise has over 20 years of experience in developing, designing, and delivering high-quality, clinically relevant content for educational initiatives. A natural leader with a collaborative style and a tireless work ethic, Denise has made a career of forging successful collaborations with all manner of educational partners. Her expertise in identifying clinical practice gaps and developing educational programs to close those gaps has enabled her to deliver consistently excellent and results-producing educational activities. Denise's areas of therapeutic expertise include hematology/oncology, endocrinology, and infectious disease.
Denise received a BA in biology from Hartwick College and a PhD in microbiology and immunology from the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University. She also completed a postdoctoral National Institutes of Health fellowship in the Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania.
In the few off hours she allows herself, Denise takes to the outdoors—the beaches of the Carolinas, the mountains of Glacier National Park, and the forests of the Adirondacks are three fave spots—with her dogs and a good pair of binoculars.
